Our Faith Formation classes offer a variety of group experiences that will allow you to study Scripture, engage in theological reflection, and deepen your faith.

The Seekers Book Study

The Seekers is a study group searching for ways to understand the divine through reading books and watching videos by progressive theologians.

Carl Jung noted that when religious people move beyond childhood, they struggle with the image of God ‘up there’ in heaven. This class explores different ways to understand the divine that resonate better for those who have gone beyond the God image of our younger selves.

Our next book: Jesus and John Wayne by Kristien Kobes du Mez.

We start by learning the Hebrew script, its transcription, vocabulary, grammatical rules, and basic syntax. These will be demonstrated in various verses from the Old Testament (Tanakh).
