“The Spiritual Practice of Remembrance” with Rev. Dr. Leah Fowler
October 1, 8, 15 | 7:00 – 8:00 pm ET | Zoom
October begins with World Communion Sunday, and folds into All Saints Day, which is the first Sunday in November. Communion invites us to remember Jesus by re-membering him, bringing his presence into the bread, wine, and gathered community. All Saints Day invites us to remember loved ones who have died. This workshop will invite you to participate in practices that help you intentionally remember loved ones, through storytelling, writing letters, and building an altar of remembrance.

“Prayer in Process” with Dr. Jillian Langford
March 4, 11, 18 | 7:00 – 8:00 pm ET | Zoom
Prayer isn’t just about finding the right words or asking the right questions. It is a way of praying attention – to ourselves, to others, to the world, and to the God who is always becoming within us. During Lent, we’ll explore and practice three different ways of praying and ask what prayer means in a contemporary world. We’ll discover prayer as a living practice that may just change us and the world around us.
“Circle of Hope” with Rev. Charlene A. Wingate
April 1, 8, 15 | 7:00 – 8:00 pm ET | Zoom
Circle of Hope is a sacred space for those learning to hope again after disappointment, grief, or uncertainty. Together, we will explore where hope has been lost, where it is returning, and what God may be inviting us to believe is possible. This is a space for honest conversation, vulnerability, and hope without easy answers or forced optimism. Guiding question: What are you beginning to hope for again?
