In order for our faith community to flourish in upcoming seasons of change, we have to be ready. With the installation of a new senior minister, we will face opportunities and challenges that could bring out the best in us, if we are prepared. We must discipline ourselves to grow up in maturity, grow out in compassion, and grow down with deep roots. This summer we will study the Gospel of Luke, searching for ways to enrich our soul soil, so that we might not merely survive, but thrive “like a tree planted by streams of water.” Each week we will ask ourselves, “Are we ready?”
