Annual Adjourned Meeting

The Church Council is calling an Annual Adjourned Meeting on Sunday, September 13th at 1:00 PM in South Hall and online. The purpose of this meeting is to vote on to the 26-27 budgets for the Weekday School and the Riverside Hawks and to receive the Audit report.  We need a quorum of 100 members to attend in person and online in order to proceed, so please plan to attend.

If you plan on attending in person, you can vote in South Hall. If you missed the deadline to register to vote online, you can still vote in person at the meeting on Sunday, September 13th at 1:00 PM in South Hall.

Members who registered to vote online are currently being verified and will receive an email with your unique voting ID, instructions on how to vote online and the link to the Zoom meeting this week before the meeting.
