Returning to In-Person Worship
Ever since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Riverside’s top priority has been the health and safety of our entire community: congregation members and staff, tenants, visitors, and guests. We ask that all guests follow our continuously updated COVID guidelines – including mask wearing – to enter the church. We’ve also prepared this video to help let you know what to expect:
Following guidance and best practices from the Governor, Mayor, Department of Health, the CDC, and peer churches, face masks and social distancing will be required in all public areas of the church, including in the Nave for worship. We ask you honor our safety protocols and any instructions from Riverside Clergy, Staff, and Security while at Riverside. Riverside is more than a church – we host many individuals currently ineligible for vaccination, including children of all ages via our Weekday School, Riverside Hawks, and youth programs. We are also a gathering place for older adults and other vulnerable populations.
And for those who aren’t quite ready to, or simply can’t, join us in-person yet, we invite you to continue worshipping with us online each Sunday at 10:45 a.m. ET.
