Understanding Spiritual Gifts Small Group Class

“God has given each of you a gift from God’s great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.” – 1 Peter 4:10

Do you know what Spiritual Gifts are? Do you know what spiritual gifts you possess? Would you like to learn more about how to use your spiritual gifts to serve your church and community? For six weeks this class will look at “What are spiritual gifts?” Each participant will be invited to start the class by taking a spiritual gifts inventory. Next, we will go straight to scripture and dig into Bible passages with the goal of discovering that spiritual gifts are not complicated – but they are life-changing. We will uncover what spiritual gifts are, where they come from and how they work within the church. The class will look at how to use our spiritual gifts, apply them in the church, our justice work and in the world. We will end by looking at how to put our spiritual gifts in action.
