Overview:
Riverside is honored to welcome the children from the Metropolitan Chapter of Jack and Jill of America for a special talent showcase for our older adults, “Lift Every Voice: A Martin Luther King Jr. Youth Tribute.” During the program, children will share their individual talents (music, poetry, and dance) in celebration of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and Dr. King’s fight for justice and equality. The presentation reflects the Chapter’s January theme, “Let Us Serve.”
After the presentation is over, the chapter will provide refreshments for those in attendance in the hopes that older members and the children will be able to fellowship with one another.
