“We Are in God” Dance Prayer Workshop with Omega Dance Company

All ages and abilities are welcome to join the dance! Enter at 91 Claremont Avenue between 120^th and 122^nd Street. Please wear comfortable clothes. Bring socks and comfortable shoes for moving. Bring your own water and a snack. Registration required. Please sign up here by Wednesday, May 13^th.

Workshop participants are also invited to be part of a dance meditation during the worship service on Sunday May 17th. Sunday rehearsal begins at 9:00 am. If you are interested in participating, please indicate at registration.

Workshop Leader – Apollonia Holzer

Apollonia Holzer is a certified Social Educator, Shiatsu, Craniosacral, and Pranic practitioner, as well as a Systemic Constellation Facilitator and Life Coach. Drawing from a wide range of Body–Mind–Spirit approaches, she integrates these modalities into her work. Her background in somatic movement and dance brings a holistic, embodied dimension to her practice.
